SALIENT FEATURES
Revenue increased by 11% to R6 021 million, from R5 401 million for the year ended 30 September 2021 ("Prior Corresponding Period").
Operating profit (before items of a capital nature)* decreased by 74% to R37 million, from R144 million in the Prior Corresponding Period.
Headline earnings per share decreased by 73% to 14.1 cents, from 52.2 cents in the Prior Corresponding Period.
Earnings per share decreased by 78% to 12.0 cents, from 53.9 cents in the Prior Corresponding Period.
No final dividend has been declared for the year ended 30 September 2022 (30 September 2021: Nil).
* Income or expenditure of a capital nature in the statement of comprehensive income, i.e. all profit or loss items that are excluded in the calculation of
headline earnings per share. The principal items excluded under this measurement are profits or losses on disposal of property, plant and equipment, the
profit on disposal of interest in associate and the impairment of goodwill.
