ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGCN SECURITIES

SYGCN has issued and will list an additional 3 000 000 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately ZAR 30.25 per security.


Following the listing of the 3 000 000 securities, there will be 9 251 500
SYGCN securities in issue.
