LATE SUBMISSION OF PROVISIONAL ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ("PROVISIONAL REPORT")

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) wishes to advise that the above-mentioned Issuer has failed
to submit its provisional report within the three-month period stipulated in the JSE's Listings
Requirements.

Accordingly, the company’s listing on the JSE trading system has been annotated with a "RE" to
indicate that it has failed to submit its provisional report timeously and that the listing of this
company’s securities is under threat of suspension and possible removal.

The JSE has noted the content of the Issuer’s SENS announcement of 15 June 2022 wherein the Issuer
advised that it will not be able to release its provisional report for the year ended 31 March 2022 by
30 June 2022. In addition to the threat of suspension referred to above, the Issuer has made
submissions to the JSE requesting that its listing be suspended in terms of the Requirements.

The JSE is currently considering the suspension request made by the Issuer and all other relevant facts
and circumstances and will communicate its decision on the possible suspension as soon as possible.
