PUBLICATION OF THE COMPANY’S ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE
FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2022 

Noteholders are hereby advised that the Company’s annual financial
statements for the financial year ended 28 February 2022, are available
on the Company’s website at https://www.capitecbank.co.za/investor-
relations/bond-programme or may be requested and obtained in person, at
no charge, at the registered office of the Company, being 5 Neutron
Road, Techno Park, Stellenbosch 7600, during office hours.

The audit opinion relating to the above-referenced annual financial
statements is unmodified.

Noteholders are specifically advised of note 43 in the annual financial
statements dealing with discontinued operations. As a result of the sale
of the shares in the insurance cell captives by the Company to Capitec
Ins Proprietary Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capitec Bank
Holdings Limited, credit life insurance income and funeral income were
no longer recognised by the Company subsequent to 31 March 2021.
