of all assets held by Fletcher Road to Grace Investments One Nine Five (Proprietary) Limited ("Grace Investments").
Barry Stuhler, a non-executive director of Lighthouse, is one of the beneficiaries of a trust that owns Fletcher Road and
Grace Investments.
