Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders
are advised of the appointment of the Debt Officer of BNPP PF South Africa, being Mrs Mariné van
Brakel, the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), with effect from 1 November 2020 (the “effective date”).

The board of the Issuer has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and
experience of the Debt Officer.
