TUHF: EXTENSION OF FINANCIAL REPORTING PERIOD


Noteholders are referred to the market notice issued by the Financial Services Conduct Authority on
3 April 2020, in respect of the extension of financial reporting periods (“Extension Period”) and are
advised that TUHF and the guarantor, TUHF Holdings Limited, will be utilising the two-month Extension
Period afforded to issuers with year-ends of 31 December 2019, 31 January 2020, 29 February 2020
and 31 March 2020.

Due to the constraints placed on the Issuer as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic and resultant
nationwide lockdown, the financial reporting and audit processes of TUHF have been impacted.

Given that the Issuer’s year-end is 31 March, TUHF and the guarantor, TUHF Holdings Limited, will issue
their annual financial statements by no later than 30 September 2020.
