                      Appointment and Resignation of Joint Company Secretary


Kore Potash is pleased to announce the appointment of St James’s Corporate Services Limited
(“SJCS”), a specialist company secretarial and corporate administration services provider, as interim
joint company secretary with effect from 1 October 2018. SJCS joins current Joint Company
Secretary, Henko Vos (based in Perth, Western Australia).

The Board has received and accepted the resignation of Francesca Wilson as Joint Company
Secretary of the Company with effect from 30 September 2018.
