The agreement regarding the disposal of the Loxton Dal and Frank Smith diamond  
mines referred to in previous announcements dated 8 November 2007, 21 December  
2007, 11 February 2008, 3 March 2008, 11 April 2008, 23 May 2008, 7 July 2008,  
18 August 2008, 29 September 2008 and 11 November 2008 is still in the process  
of being finalised, and the successful implementation thereof may have a        
material effect on the price of the company`s securities. Accordingly,          
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the     
company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
