Further to the cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 30 November
2007, shareholders are advised that the discussions referred therein regarding  
the merger of the companies are continuing.                                     
As these discussions may have an effect on the price of the company`s shares,   
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their  
ERM and Sable shares until a further announcement is made.
