NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS TO AND PUBLICATION OF THE VINEYARD APPLICABLE ISSUER
SUPPLEMENT REGISTERED UNDER THE MULTI-ISSUER PROGRAMME MEMORANDUM

Vineyard has received approval from the JSE Limited (the "JSE") in terms of its amended and
restated R20 000 000 000 Applicable Issuer Supplement (the "Amended AIS") established under
the amended and restated Multi-Issuer Programme Memorandum dated 19 July 2023.

A summary of the changes effected in the Amended AIS is provided below:

•   Updates to the Documents Incorporated by Reference section to include updated financial year
    ends of the Issuer, a disclosure schedule setting out the details required by paragraph 4.10(b)
    of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements (the "Requirements"), the constitutional documents of
    the Issuer and the investor report including updates to the documents available on the website
    section and an update to the Issuer's website;
•   Update to the programme size from R10 000 000 000 to R20 000 000 000;
•   Updates to definitions under the "Series Transaction Counterparties" section;
•   Updates to definitions under the "Overview of the Notes" section to amend central depository
    to central security depository and the removal of the definition of "Blocked Rand";
•   Updates to the "Participating Assets", "Issuer" and "Settlement, Clearing and Transfers"
    sections;
•   Removal of the definition of "Blocked Rand" from the "Issuer Programme Specific Definitions"
    section;
•   Updates to the General and Corporate Information sections; and
•   Other ancillary updates to give effect to these amendments.

The Amended AIS and disclosure schedule setting out the details required by paragraph 4.10(b) of
the Requirements are available through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person
requesting inspection and on the Issuer's website: https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/vineyard-
