New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL292
Application has been made to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of R1,000,000,000 (one
billion Rand) senior unsecured mixed rate Notes (stock code IBL292), under Investec Bank
Limited's Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme, dated
17 March 2021.
The IBL292 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being
15 April 2024 with effect from commencement of trade.

Books Close Dates The Register will be closed from
(i) 6 April to 15 April, 6 July to
15 July, 6 October to

15 January (all dates inclusive)
until the Applicable
Redemption Date; or
(ii) 10 days prior to any Payment

5 January or if such day is not a
