DISCLOSURE OF EMPHASIS OF MATTER IN RELATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2023

Bondholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on Wednesday, 31 January 2024,
regarding the availability of the City's audited annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2023 ("2023 Annual Financial Statements") and are hereby advised that the 2023 Annual
Financial Statements contain emphasis of matter paragraphs relating to (i) material impairments, (ii)
material contingencies, (iii) restatement of prior corresponding figures and (iv) material losses (relating
to electricity and water).
