The Company announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share repurchase
programme announced on 12 March 2024 (the "Share Repurchase Programme"), the
Company has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each
from Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to
instructions issued by the Company on 12 March 2024.
Date of purchase: 18 March 2024
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 1,175,165
Highest price paid per share (pence): 26.78
Lowest price paid per share (pence): 26.30
Volume weighted average price paid
per share (pence): 26.58
The Company will hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Since 12 March 2024 pursuant to the Share Repurchase Programme, the Company has
purchased 3,774,989 ordinary shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the
Company holds 11,466,236 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 4,990,799,371
ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
