MOODY'S RATING ACTION
Moody's Investor Services (Moody's) has today placed the City of Tshwane's Caa2 long term issuer
rating, caa2 BCA and its Caa1.za NSR long-term issuer rating on review for downgrade.
Concomitantly Moody's has affirmed City of Tshwane's NP short term issuer rating and NSR short
term issuer rating of Non-Prime (NP.za).
