("City of Tshwane" or the "Issuer")

Delay in the availability of the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended
30 June 2023

Noteholders are advised that the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended
30 June 2023 ("FYE 2023 AFS") for the City of Tshwane will be delayed and not be
published by 31 January 2024. This is due to an extension granted by the Auditor General of
South Africa ("AGSA").

The audit process is currently under way and the AGSA will conclude the audit of City of
Tshwane's FYE 2023 AFS by 31 March 2024.

A further announcement will be released with the expected date of availability of the FYE
2023 AFS.
