(“Nampak” or the “Company”)

CHANGE IN AUDITORS

Shareholders are advised that in accordance with the mandatory audit firm rotation
rule issued by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (“IRBA”), Nampak’s
Board has endorsed the recommendation by its Audit and Risk Committee, following
a comprehensive tender process, to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc (“PwC”) as
the external auditors of Nampak, with effect from 1 October 2023.

The appointment of PwC will be subject to shareholder approval at the annual general
meeting of Nampak to be held during February 2024.

The current external auditors, Deloitte & Touche (“Deloitte”), will continue to act as
external auditors for Nampak for the financial year ending on 30 September 2023.


Nampak wishes to thank Deloitte for the years of service to the Company.
