                             Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)

Kibo Energy PLC (‘Kibo’ or the ‘Company’), the renewable energy focused development company,
announces that a Notice of AGM & Sample Proxy Form (‘Notice of AGM’) is now available on the
Company’s website: http://kibo.energy/wp-content/uploads/Notice-of-AGM-2022.pdf


The AGM will be held at 12 noon on Friday, 16 September 2022, at the Grand Canal Hotel, Grand
Canal Street Upper, Dublin 4, D04 X5X7, Ireland.


The Notice of AGM is being dispatched by post today to those shareholders who have indicated a
preference to receive hard copies. Shareholders should consult the notes to the Notice of AGM for
detailed information on the options for returning proxies.


Shareholders should note that the chairman of the Company, Mr. Christian Schaffalitzky, is retiring
from the Board at the AGM. Mr. Schaffalitzky was one of the founding directors of Kibo and has served
as a director and non-executive chairman for c. 15 years. Mr. Schaffalitzky’ decision is part of his
retirement planning as he reduces his workload across his business interests. The Company is in the
process of appointing a a new non-executive chairman and expects to finalize this appointment before
the end of 2022.

dedication and commitment to Kibo over the last 15 years. His technical knowledge and company
management skills have made a significant contribution to the Company's development during his time
as Chairman. I wish Christian the very best with his retirement plans”
