CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that, Mr Oyama
Mabandla has resigned as an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board and management team would like to thank Mr. Mabandla for his valued service and contribution to the
Company during his tenure.
