CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT- EXPIRY OF SXEIIJ AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) - 09 OCTOBER 2019

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby notifies Holders of the automatic
option expiry on 09 October 2019 (see the related securities above).
On 09 October 2019 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the conditions for early redemption were met, therefore the
Autocalls were automatically exercised and expired on the 09 October 2019. The Holders are entitled to a Cash
Settlement Amount determined as follows:
Reference amount x 122.75%
Reference Amount = ZAR 1,000.00
Holders will receive a Cash Settlement Amount of ZAR 1,227.50 for every Autocall held. The Cash Settlement Amount
per Autocall will automatically accrue to the Holder via STRATE on 15 October 2019.
