Correction to the results of the annual general meeting announcement

Shareholders are referred to the results of the annual general meeting announcement as released on
SENS on Thursday, 5 November 2015 (“Results Announcement”). Shareholders are hereby advised
that ordinary resolution number 1.6 of the Results Announcement incorrectly referred to
Mr CJM Wood and should have referred to Mr J Mathebula.

The voting results were however correctly stated and both Messrs Wood and Mathebula were
re-elected to the board of directors.
