Trading Statement

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results
for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous
corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that StratCorp is currently finalising its unaudited condensed consolidated interim
financial results for the six months ended 31 August 2014 and anticipates that:
-    the headline loss per share is expected to be between 0.27 and 0.33 cents per share compared to a loss
     of 0.38 cents per share for the previous reporting period. This equates to an improvement of between
     13.16% and 28.95% when compared to the previous reporting period;
-    the loss per share is not expected to differ by more than 20% from the loss of 0.27 cents per share for
     the previous reporting period.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by
the Company’s auditors. The Company’s financial results for the six months ended 31 August 2014 are expected
to be released in due course.
