EXPIRY OF SPXIIC AUTOCALL INDEX WARRANTS (AUTOCALLS) 7 JULY 2014

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Index Warrants (Autocalls), hereby notifies holders of their
automatic option expiry which occurred on 7 July 2014(see the related securities above).

On 7 July 2014 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the Index Level was 1977.65, therefore the Autocalls automatically
exercise and expire on the 7 July 2014, and the Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as
follows:

Reference amount X Coupon X CCF = USD 133.1624 x 107.50 x 10.7555

Reference Amount = USD 133.1624
CCF = 10.7555

The Cash Settlement Amount per Autocall held on 7 July 2014 will automatically accrue to the holder via instruction
through STRATE.

Holders will receive the Cash Settlement Amount of R1539.64 on 14 July 2014 for every warrant held.
