DISPATCH OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO ROCKCASTLE SHAREHOLDERS


Rockcastle, which has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Limited (“SEM”) and a secondary
listing on the Alternative Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, advises its shareholders that the company
has today dispatched a notice of the first annual general meeting, to Rockcastle shareholders, which will be held 
at the registered office of the company Level 3, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius at 10:00 Mauritian 
time (08:00 South African time) on Monday, 30 September 2013 (the “annual general meeting”).

The salient dates and times in relation to the annual general meeting are set out in the table below:
