                                CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
TCS (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that the function of Mr Lindikhaya Sipoyo has changed
from that of dual Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer to solely Chief Executive Officer and the function
of Mr Dumisani Mafu has changed from that of Independent Non-executive Director to Independent Non-
executive Chairperson, with effect from 27 March 2013.
