RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Poynting held   
today, all the resolutions contained in the notice of annual general meeting    
published in Poynting`s annual report and dated 9 November 2009, were passed by 
the requisite majority of shareholders.                                         
The special resolution will be submitted for registration to the Companies and  
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
