today been distributed and contain no modifications to the
reviewed results which were published on SENS on 22 August 2012.

Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the next annual general meeting of
shareholders and debenture holders will be held at Crowne Plaza
Jhb - The Rosebank, corner Tyrwhitt and Sturdee Avenues, Rosebank
at 10h00 on 6 November 2012 to transact the business as stated in
the annual general meeting notice forming part of the integrated
report.
