                                        Conditional Grant of Options

Kore Potash (AIM: KP2, ASX: KP2, JSE:KP2), the potash development company with 97% ownership of the
Kola and DX Potash Projects in the Sintoukola Basin, located in the Republic of Congo, announces the
conditional grant of options over a total of 6,000,000 new ordinary shares of US$0.001 each in the
Company ("new Ordinary Shares") exercisable at a price of 1.93 pence per new Ordinary Share being the
market closing price on 17 April 2025. The 6,000,000 options comprise of 2,000,000 to the Company's
Non-Executive Chairman, Mr David Hathorn, 2,000,000 to the Company's Non-Executive Director, Mr
David Netherway and 2,000,000 to the Company's Non-Executive Director, Mr Jonathan Trollip, pursuant
to the board decision to award certain non-executive directors for the deferred directors' fees and subject
to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), vesting at the date of the
AGM and with a life to expiry of three years from the AGM's date.
