New Development Bank Appointment of Directors

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised of the appointments of Mr. Ivan Chebeskov and Mr. Ivan Tiago Machado
Oliveira as Directors of New Development Bank following the resignations of Mr. Timur Maksimov and
Ms. Tatiana Rosito with effect from 5 February 2025.

The appointments were made pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of the
Issuer.
