MC Mining Limited ("MC Mining" or "the Company") announces that the Company has changed
its sponsor on the JSE and has appointed BSM Sponsors Proprietary Limited ("BSM Sponsors")
with effect from today, 16 March 2023.


The Company looks forward to working with BSM Sponsors which has extensive corporate
