ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGSW4 SECURITIES

SYGSW4 has issued and will list an additional 800 000 securities with effect from
the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR 11.71
per security.


Following the listing of the 800 000 securities, there will be 19 941 996 SYGSW4
securities in issue.
