MISREPRESENTATION BY A FORMER DIRECTOR AND SUBSIDIARY DIRECTOR

Shareholders are advised that it has come to the attention of the Board that one of the previous
directors of Go Life International, Mr Gerhard Naude (“Naude”) and one of the previous subsidiary
directors Mr Eugene Alt (“Alt”) are, or have been, misrepresenting to various parties that they are
officially representing Go Life International and/or its subsidiaries and, in certain instances, have
been trying to interpose themselves between transactions originally concluded by the Go Life group
without any authority from Go Life. Furthermore, the board are pursuing charges and potential
damages against these two individuals.

The Board would like to advise stakeholders that Naude and Alt have no authority to represent Go
Life or any of its subsidiaries. Any concerns can be addressed to the CEO of Go Life at
mxolisi@caligraph.co.za.

Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of
the JSE
