APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: LESEGO SENNELO

Shareholders are advised that the Board of Nampak Limited appointed
Ms Lesego Sennelo as an independent non-executive director and member
of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 22 November 2019.

Ms Sennelo is the Founder and Managing Director of Gosele Advisory
Services, a financial advisory consultancy. She currently serves as a
non-executive director on the boards of OneLogix Group Limited, Oceana
Group Limited, Redefine Properties Limited, Reef Tankers, and Ohorongo
Cement in Namibia. She is also a board member and Treasurer of the
International Women’s Forum of South Africa (IWFSA.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with vast experience in both
the private and public sectors, spanning over 15 years.

The Board welcomes Ms Sennelo and looks forward to working with her.
