Board Change

The Board of Firestone Energy Limited (ASX/JSE: FSE) (the "Company", "FSE" or 
"Firestone") advises that Mr George Oupa Magashula has resigned as a director with 
immediate effect. As a consequence of his resignation resolution 3 of the Notice of Annual 
General Meeting sent out, is to be withdrawn.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Magashula for his efforts on the Board of FSE and wishes him 
well with his future endeavours.
