The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre Spólka Akcyjna with its registered seat in Warsaw (the
"Company"), pursuant to Article 395 and Article 399 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Articles 4021 and
4022 of the Commercial Companies Code (the "CCC"), convenes the Annual General Meeting of the
Company (the "General Meeting") for 24 June 2025 at 13.00 (Warsaw Time – UTC+2) to be held in
Warsaw in Airport Hotel Okecie at ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 24 (conference room on the ground
floor opposite the hotel entrance in the conference part).
