 (the "Issuer")

CHANGES TO THE BOARD

Pursuant to paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited (the "JSE") Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, potential noteholders are hereby advised that Mr. Jozef Cornelis Petrus van Uffelen has
resigned both as a managing director and debt officer of J.P. Morgan Structured Products B.V. with
effect from 17 March 2025. The resignation of Mr. van Uffelen is due to his retirement.

Potential noteholders are further advised that Mr. Rense Gerard Boks has been appointed as a
managing director of the Issuer, with effect from 17 March 2025 following the resignation of Mr. van
Uffelen.

The board of the Issuer confirms that the appointment of Mr. Rense Gerard Boks was made pursuant to
the Dutch law and the Articles of Association of the Issuer.

Noteholders are further advised that the appointment of the debt officer will be announced in due
course.
