APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND DEBT OFFICER

Pursuant to paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised of the following changes:

  i.    ILZE ROUX has been appointed as executive director of the Issuer with effect from 1 October
        2024, to replace Neil Taylor who formally retired on 28 March 2024;
  ii.   MARK JOHN STEYN, currently an executive director and group chief financial director of the
        Issuer, has been appointed as Debt Officer with effect from 1 October 2024 to replace Neil
        Taylor as the debt officer.

Bidvestco confirms that the appointment of Ilze Roux is done in accordance with the Bidvestco
Charter, Nominations and Conflicts Policy and that the board has considered and is satisfied with the
competence, qualifications and experience of the new debt officer.
