Publication of Investor Report - Update



Noteholders attention is drawn to the occurrence of an Event of Default under
the Revolving Credit Facility Agreement as defined, and of a Servicer Default
(as defined in the Servicing Agreement). Consequently, the relevant provisions
as provided for under the Terms and Conditions of the Notes will be enforced and
applicable.


Accordingly, noteholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in the MAR01A, MAR02B, MAR03B and MAR04B Notes issued under
Transaction No. 1.


Further updates will be made following developments and as circumstances demand.

Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice and not otherwise defined
herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms and expressions in the
