AUTHORISATION TO OPERATE AS A NON-LIFE INSURANCE UNDERTAKING IN
THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

OGL wishes to inform shareholders that its newly established
insurance subsidiary in Ireland, OUTsurance DAC, has obtained
authorisation from the Central Bank of Ireland to operate as a
non-life insurance undertaking in the Republic of Ireland's
personal car and home insurance markets. OUTsurance DAC is
expected to commence operations in the first half of 2024. The
authorisation process with the Central Bank of Ireland was highly
efficient and has been achieved in line with the expected
timelines.
