DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Völkel had a total of 30 323 Executive Retention Scheme shares vest. He
exercised all the options of which he sold 13 694 to cover the taxation on
these options and he retained 16 629.

Under the company’s minimum shareholding requirements, introduced two years
ago, Mr Völkel is required to hold shares to the equivalent of 100% of his
fixed remuneration. As of 30 June 2023, Mr Völkel has a shareholding of 409 887
shares equating to 105% of his fixed remuneration. Directors have a period of 5
years from the adoption of the policy to accumulate their holdings.
