NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Debt Listings Requirements, Toyota
Financial Services (South Africa) Limited (“TFS”) hereby notifies noteholders that Mr. Douglas Frank
Gillies has resigned as a non-executive director from the Board of TFS, effective 19 June 2023 to pursue
personal interests.

Mr. Shingo Kato has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Board, effective 19 June 2023
to replace Mr. Doug Gillies.

The Board thanks Mr. Gillies for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.


TFS confirms that the appointment of Mr. Kato was done in accordance with their Nomination Policy.
