Financial results highlights:
    • Revenue R91,8 billion, up 28,1%
    • Trading Profit R4,9 billion, up 43,9%
    • HEPS 971,7 cents, up 45,5%
    • EPS 972,4 cents, up 48,2%
    • Cash generated by operations up 35,6% to R6,1 billion

DIVIDEND DECLARATION
In line with the group dividend policy, the directors declared an interim cash dividend of 440,0 cents
(352,0 cents net of dividend withholding tax, where applicable) per ordinary share for the half year
ended December 31 2022 to those members registered on the record date, being Friday,
March 24 2023.
