information is disclosed:                                                       
Pursuant to Remgro Limited unbundling its stake in Trans Hex, the Company       
announces the resignation of Dr. E de la H Hertzog, Mr. J W Dreyer and Adv. T   
van Wyk from the Board of Directors, effective 26 October 2010.                 
The Board wishes to record its thanks to the departing Directors for their      
valuable contributions during their periods of service.
