are advised that annual financial statements will be distributed to shareholders today,
10 April 2018 and contain modifications to the audited results which were published on
SENS on 2 March 2018.

held at Ground Floor, Commerce Square, Building 4, 39 Rivonia Road, Sandhurst,
Sandton at 09h30 on Wednesday, 16 May 2018 to transact the business as stated in
the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
