RESULTS OF THE VOTING IN TERMS OF SECTION 60 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 71 OF 2008 (“ACT”)
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
Limited on 30 March 2015 in respect of the special resolutions relating to the adoption of a new
memorandum of incorporation (“MOI”) which makes provision for an additional class of no par value
preference shares.
Shareholders are advised that the special resolutions have been approved on 6 May 2015 and adopted
in terms of section 60(2) of the Act. The voting results for ordinary shareholders were as follows:

The preference shareholder, holding 648 001 cumulative, redeemable preference shares with a par
value of R0.0001 each, voted in favour of both special resolutions.

Commission in due course.
