DISTRIBUTION SALIENT DATES                                                      
Unitholders are advised that interest distribution no. 31 in respect of         
the period 1 September 2007 to 30 November 2007 of 13.3 cents per               
linked unit has been declared, representing an increase of 12.7% over           
the 11.8 cents per linked unit declared in the comparable period of the         
previous financial year.
