INTEREST DISTRIBUTION

Unitholders are advised that interest distribution No. 7 in respect of the
period 1 September 2001 to 30 November 2001 of 9 cents per linked unit has
been declared.

The last date to trade cum interest will be Friday, 18 January 2002 and the
linked unit will commence trading ex interest from the commencement of
business on Monday, 21 January 2002 with the record date being Friday, 25
January 2002.

Payment will be made to linked unitholders on Monday, 28 January 2002.
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of linked unit certificates may
take place between Monday, 14 January 2002 and Friday, 25 January 2002, both
days inclusive.
