restructuring of the Martin Family’s holding in Petmin.
The above transaction is subject to approval from the South African Reserve Bank
and additional suspensive conditions.
Clearance has been received in terms of rule 3.66 of the JSE`s Listings Requirements
in respect of the above transaction.
