DIRECTOR’S DEALING
The Company was notified on 21 February 2013 that, on 21 February 2013, Mr J P
Nelson sold 135,600 ordinary shares (in which he had a direct beneficial interest) of
1 pence each in the Company (“Shares”), at a price of ZAR2.65 per Share, for a
total consideration of ZAR359,340.
Following this on-market transaction, Mr Nelson has a direct beneficial interest in
1,000,000 Shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
In compliance with paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, prior
clearance to deal in the above securities was obtained.
