remains unchanged at 2,510,000 Shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the
Company as well as his indirect, non-beneficial interest held through Pangea Exploration
(Proprietary) Limited of 2,251,214 Shares, representing 0.12% of the issued share capital.
